		<description>These are such important issues for gay couples to consider.  My father&#039;s-in-law own a beautiful home and have taken extraordinary steps to ensure that if one of them passes away that the whole property will transfer to the other.

It&#039;s one of the great injustices that a gay couple can lose up to 50% of their investment to the government upon losing a loved one.  There needs to be more education in the gay/lesbian community to protect the homeowner rights of gay couples.
