This is my favorite recipe site:

Simply Recipes
http://www.elise.com/recipes/

I met Elise at the BlogHer conference last summer but knew of her Simply Recipes site prior... it is well-designed and with a database of recipes that is easy to maneuver. My favorite!

I've listed a few casserole links here:
http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/001533turkey_tetrazzini.php
http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/001076potato_spinach_sausage_casserole.php
http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/002005talerine_beef_casserole.php

Simply Recipes was noted in Time Magazine's 50 Coolest Websites of 2006 as being a "great resource for cooks". I agree! Enjoy!
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)
