In response to your question Minimum Wage...As I see it the law of attraction will bring to us that which we focus on. So if we focus on our misery -- we get more of it -- if we can focus on the gifts in a bad situation (even if they seem infinitesimal!) -- it can turn the tide to better things. That doesn't make the present a whole lot of fun -- but it makes the future potentially brighter. We can't solve a problem at the same level of thinking at which it was created.

I am stuck in a dead-end, low-wage, menial job and am completely miserable. I don't see any prospects for a better job or income, so why should I be happy?
