(That and the document review...) That seems more the tragedy. You traded your life for money, and you would pay even MORE to have that life back. I can tell you that I'm still hearing a lot of resistance and misunderstanding about my future plans to live a blended, flexible career. But that resistance is mostly coming from my Gen. X and Boomer colleagues and peers. I suspect that as Gen. I can tell you that I’m still hearing a lot of resistance and misunderstanding about my future plans to live a blended, flexible career. But that resistance is mostly coming from my Gen. X and Boomer colleagues and peers.

I suspect that as Gen. Y gains a stronger foothold in the marketplace, we’ll be seeing this trend of valuing flexibility and creativity bloom more and more.
