		<description>These are some great tips. I especially like &quot;Round your checkbook up to the nearest dollar&quot; this works well for those who actually keep a checkbook.  

I also like &quot;bank your tax refund&quot; I would venture to say that most people start spending their tax refund well before they even file their taxes. It&#039;s the Lottery Syndrome - must spend new money!  Nobody ever things to put it into savings.
