So although mortgage lenders are requiring higher down payments and better credit, those who qualify for loans are rewarded with prices that fully reflect real value – not inflated equity fanned by speculation and predatory lending practices.

Jeffrey, it’s nice to see something positive come out of all of this.

One thing that has me very curious, though, is Bank of America’s role in all of this. It’s interesting that they have made out so well when all of the other banks have been failing. I smell a plot.
