New Year’s Rituals for Success
Today I wrote a post on my Coaching4Lesbians blog called “Take Stock of 2006 and Create a Vision for 2007”. When it comes to your finances, the same holds true — if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.
So, I suggest taking a few quiet moments this holiday weekend to run through the steps I lay out in the blog post. And, do it specifically with the topic of your personal finances in mind. Ask yourself:
- What were my biggest successes and accomplishments around money in 2006?
- What were my biggest disappointments and regrets around money in 2006? Where did I fall short of my goals or plans I set forth?
- What do I really want to see in the area of my money life in 2007? What goals do I have? What changes do I want to make? What is the most inspiring vision I have for this area of my life for 2007?
- Create a plan. What do I need to do, be, or have to make this a reality?
Wishing you a happy close to 2006 and a truly abundant and prosperous 2007 in all areas of your life!
