7fish.jpgToday I had my first Rainbow Trout fish, broiled with lemon juice, salt and pepper. It was delicious! Surfgirl is a passionate fisherman and loves to catch trout to bring back and cook. She paid for a state wide park access, which has paid for itself many times over, and that makes the trout a nice extra bonus for a very low cost.

Fish in general is expensive, that makes catching it all the more precious and easy on the checkbook!
Until I get past the boredom,smell and ickiness of going fishing, I will wait patiently at home for the fish to be brought to me…..
